CleverPrint is a great printing solution that allows you to print up to 8 pages per page. It is very useful for draft copies, big size documents, etc. You can preview the result before printing it and make some improvements like add watermarks, letterheads, remove unnecessary pages and combine different print jobs into one. Besides printing files you can export them to JPG, PDF or PNG, send by email, or you can save the printout (documents are saved with CLPR format). CleverPrint is installed as a printer; when selecting to print, the CleverPrint’s main window will be opened. You can see the jobs opened on the left side and on the right side is the preview area. On the top you can see the buttons for each tab option. In the "Main Actions" tab there are the options to print, select number of copies, export to file, send by email, select the number of pages per page, show border, add a letterhead and add a water mark. The Watermark option has very useful hints, but you can also introduce text or use a picture for watermark, set the level of transparency, font and color. In the "Print Preview" tab you can zoom in/out, remove empty spaces, separate jobs, remove graphics and browse the document. The "Letterhead" tab shows the letterhead functions. |
